Dog Grooming At It's Very Best!

Snippets Grooming was established in 2003 through my love of dogs.  I own two bichon frise girls, a mother and her daughter, so I love grooming them too! 
It all began in a converted garage which my husband adapted to allow me to work from home.  We were inundated with appointments and had to quickly move into our salon in Shettleston. 
Over the last seven years we have met some wonderful clients both of the four legged type and the two legged type!  Clients travel to see us from all over Glasgow and from as far as Stirling, Largs, Arrochar, Loch Lomond and beyond! 

But what makes us so different?

We choose not to use cages - not for drying in - not for sitting your pet in - not for anything!

ALL our friends are HAND dried it's that simple!
Your pet has constant one to one attention and  we try to only keep your friend for 1½ hours.
We don't have more than 2 dogs in the salon at a time (unless they are all from the same household)

Snippets Grooming are truly dedicated to giving you complete peace of mind when you leave your pet in our care.  We are dog owners and dog lovers too and understand how important your pet is to you!  Many of our clients are actually dragged in off the street by their dog, because they know what awaits them at the other side of the door.  Believe me when I say that not all our friends are this keen!  Through time and patience of dog and groomer, trust is slowly earned which usually brings a tear to my eye and those scared/timid wee guys fall in love with us too!

I have a diploma in Dog Psychology and have attended a first aid course for animals too.
